Elegant Faded Damask Effect

This gorgeous effect was created as an alternative to wallpaper.  We started off with a soft taupe colored background that was faux finished in a subtle ragging technique which added some texture to the entire design.  Next, we applied the Damask pattern in a loose hit-or-miss fashion to give off the illusion of a faded all-over pattern.
