Lapis Blue Venetian Plaster
This gorgeous cobalt blue Venetian plaster effect was achieved by carefully applying four layers of plaster using a hand troweled method. For the finishing touch the artist applied a layer of wax to create a deep rich finish with a glass like sheen.
